La propriété se trouve dans le sud de l'Ombrie (non loin de la frontière avec le Latium et 100 km au nord de Rome), dans une région riche en nature et les attractions touristiques. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances tranquilles et agréables. La propriété peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (2 chambres de lit avec lit double et une avec deux lits simple, il y a aussi un lit bébé disponible). L'entière propriété est à l'usage privé du locataire. Toutes les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée (pas d'escalier, donc adapt pour les personnes âgées et ayant des problèmes de mobilité). Il y a un grand salon / salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte. Canapé avec 5 places, et table/chaises pour 8. Chaise haute aussi disponible. La piscine se trouve en face de la maison et il y a un grand terrasse couvert équipé de tables / chaises pour manger dehors et autres meubles de jardin. Il y a également un barbecue à disposition près de la terrasse. La piscine est de 12x6 mètres avec escalier romain. Table de ping-pong et 2 vélos (MTT) aussi disponible. A coté de la maison il y a un grand pelouse avec buts de soccer. Connexion Internet Wi-Fi disponible. Des supermarchés plus grandes sont disponibles dans le village d'Avigliano Umbro (6 Kms) et la ville d'Amelia (15 Kms). Le supermarché COOP (via 1 maggio nr.31 - Amelia) et Superconti (via Nocicchia nr.32 - Amelia) sont ouverts samedi jusqu'à 19h30 et sont également ouverts dimanche matin, le supermarché Eurospin (Via Roma nr.205 - Amelia) est ouvert le samedi jusqu'à 20h00. Le restaurant / pizzeria (également à emporter) le plus proche se trouve à 5 km juste à l'extérieur du village de Sambucetole. Restaurants recommandés: La Gabelletta (avant d'arriver à Amelia sur la route en direction de Foce), La Locanda del Conte Nitto (dans la vieille ville d'Amélie), Il ristoro del Falco (restaurant / pizzeria). SOUTHERN/CENTRE UMBRIA

In Umbria, a region that has gained a name for being the green heart of Italy, tourism is growing because of the unfamiliar harmony between nature, antiquities, historic centres and culture. The quiet of the countryside, good provisions and an inimitable cuisine are the great draw. This region is less touristy than Tuscany and this is especially appreciated by many tourists.

Southern/centre Umbria forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hilly and mountainous landscape and on the other hand making trips to beautifull towns like Todi, Orvieto, Narni, Spoleto, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi. There are also numerous charming little villages – many of medieval origin - as Amelia, Labro, Spello, Norcia, Bevagna, Montefalco to visit. In many towns and villages you can taste local dishes or buy local wines and olive oil (generally of excellent quality). You can also easily visit – in day trips - famous towns and charming villages in the southern part of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit also Rome from here (without staying in the city which is very hot in summer) once or more times. It is possible to go by car (journey of 1h-1h30) or by train from the stations of: Terni, Narni-Amelia, Orte & Orvieto.
